The Moana Pledge Contracting Portal was built to connect vendors, service providers, and developers with opportunities throughout the Pacific. By centralizing the opportunities and pooling the demand of diverse and fragmented market unlocks economies of scale, and lowers individual project risk so that the Pacific Island Countries and Territories may transition to Renewable Energy Easier, Faster, and Cheaper.
