Andy brings two decades of experience in engineering, product development, and project management
Mana Pacific welcomes Andrew Hall to the team as our new Director of Project Development.
Andy is based in Brisbane, Australia and brings nearly two decades of experience in engineering, product development, and project management across the automotive and renewable energy sectors. He is driven by a strong commitment to creating positive outcomes through his work—valuing projects that deliver meaningful results for people, communities, and the environment.
Prior to joining Mana Pacific, Andy served as Senior Project Manager, leading deployment of zinc-bromine flow battery systems at Redflow. His projects included work with the U.S. Department of Energy, Stanwell, Energy Queensland, and Acciona—managing technical specifications, cross-functional coordination, and system commissioning.
Andy holds a Bachelor's Degree in Automotive Technology with Management (Honours) from the University of Hertfordshire. A dual British and Australian citizen, he enjoys soccer, camping and spending time at the beach with his family and channeling his creativity into hands-on projects, from restoring classic motorcycles to designing smart, tech-integrated furniture.
