Andrew brings over 17 years of international experience in engineering, product development, and project management across the automotive and renewable energy sectors. He is driven by a strong commitment to creating positive outcomes through his work—valuing projects that deliver meaningful results for people, communities, and the environment. Known for his approachable and collaborative style, Andrew believes in fostering friendly, respectful relationships that empower teams to achieve professional, high-quality results together.
Andrew has worked across a wide range of global settings, having lived and worked in the UK, Norway and Australia, as well as contributed to projects in Germany, Czechia, and the United States. He has collaborated extensively with clients and suppliers in China, Italy, and Thailand, and brings a thoughtful awareness of the cultural differences that shape how teams communicate, operate, and succeed. His ability to adapt and build trust across borders has been a key factor in delivering complex international projects.
Prior to joining Mana Pacific, Andrew served as Senior Project Manager, leading deployment of zinc-bromine flow battery systems at Redflow. His projects included work with the U.S. Department of Energy, Stanwell, Energy Queensland, and Acciona—managing technical specifications, cross-functional coordination, and system commissioning.
Earlier in his career, Andrew held engineering roles at Ford Australia and Bentley Motors, developing advanced CAD workflows, overseeing prototype validation, and supporting manufacturing integration. He also co-founded and directed a drone pilot training business, adding entrepreneurial experience and regulatory knowledge to his diverse skillset.
Andrew holds a Bachelor's Degree in Automotive Technology with Management (Honours) from the University of Hertfordshire. A dual British and Australian citizen based in Brisbane, he enjoys soccer, camping and spending time at the beach with his family and channeling his creativity into hands-on projects, from restoring classic motorcycles to designing smart, tech-integrated furniture.
