Bryce has experience in product development, entrepreneurship, and tourism/hospitality. He was born and raised in Maui, Hawaii, and began participating in his family’s historic vacation rental business from a young age. He studied Entrepreneurship and Innovation at Bond University in Queensland, Australia, during this time he participated in a business incubator program to commercialize his own invention for weightlifting athletes. He later designed, manufactured, commercialized it leading to sales across the United States and seven other countries internationally. Having been raised in the historic town of Lahaina (the former capital of the Hawaiian Kingdom), Bryce has an intimate knowledge and experience with Hawaiian culture and history and he feels a strong responsibility to contribute to the environmental stewardship, cultural preservation, and sustainable growth of all Pacific islands alike.
